FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before your first session.

At what age can my child start skating?

Our Little Skaters program welcomes children from 4 years old. Older children, teenagers and adults join the program that matches their age and level.

We have never skated before. Can we still join?

Yes. Most of our skaters start as complete beginners. Every new skater begins with balance, safe falling and stopping before moving on.

What equipment is required?

Skaters need well-fitting inline skates, a helmet, wrist guards, elbow pads and knee pads. Protective equipment is mandatory in every session. If you are unsure what to buy, contact us before purchasing and we will advise you.

Do you use inline skates or quad roller skates?

Most of our programs use inline skates. Some activities, such as skate dance, can also be practised on quad roller skates. Our team will confirm what suits your chosen program.

How do I register?

Complete the registration form on this website. Our team will contact you to confirm the right program, branch, group schedule and fees.

How much does training cost?

Fees depend on the program, the number of sessions and the branch. Contact us or submit a registration and we will share the current fees for your choice.

Which discipline should my child choose?

New skaters start with inline skating fundamentals. Once they are comfortable, our coaches help them try the other disciplines and choose the one they enjoy most.

Can adults join Skate Club?

Absolutely. Our Adults Program is designed for first-time skaters and for adults returning to skating, with groups separate from children.

Do you organise camps and competitions?

Yes. We organise holiday camps, club tournaments, open skating days and skills workshops. Dates are announced on the Camps & Events page.

Is skating safe for children?

With proper protective equipment, a suitable training area and qualified supervision, skating is a safe and healthy sport. Our sessions teach control and safe falling from day one.
